Lisa Barsotti is a Senior Research Scientist with MIT’s LIGO Laboratory. In 2019 Lisa won the New Horizons in Physics Prize for her work on LIGO and gravitational wave detection. Lisa has also held the role of MKI Associate Director since 2025.
