Alumni
Approximately half of MKI alumni go on to a postdoctoral fellowship in astrophysics after receiving their PhD.
Other graduates have chosen to apply their scholarly training to positions in the fields of software development, medicine, and business.
Stay connected and get involved
Our alumni are important to us, and we encourage you to maintain your personal and professional ties with MKI and MIT. There are many ways to stay involved. Stop by Building 37 when you are in Cambridge and join us for MIT Kavli Institute events. Remember to take advantage of all that the MIT Alumni Association has to offer. Register for an Infinite Connection account to use the online alumni directory and to set up email forwarding for life. Whether you become active in a local MIT club or attend an alumni event in your area, you can remain connected with your peers and intellectually engaged with the Institute.
