Science is cool! Science is inspiring!

Many of our researchers are personally motivated and inspired by the opportunity to connect with communities as a reminder of their ‘why’, breaking down the rigid academic walls and allowing them to be just as excited as novices. Besides sharing what we do and how we do it, it’s also important to understand how we know what is ‘right’ and how we can tell when we’re ‘wrong’.

The Warrior-Scholar Project is a local chapter of a national project. Veterans are invited to apply for a chance to spend a week at MIT learning physics and astronomy and sampling the work done at MKI.
