Kiran Maharaj
TESS Administrative Assistant
Kiran provides administrative support directly to the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) group via financial recordkeeping and the generation of federal NASA 533M reports. He also assists with travel, purchases, and reimbursements.
Kiran received his B.S. in Physics from Florida Atlantic University and MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. Outside of work, he enjoys skateboarding, hunting for books, filmmaking, and writing. His main scientific research interests are in the field of time-domain astronomy, namely the study of orbital phase curves. His main writing research interests lie in the evolution of Indo-Caribbean English and poetics.
