Sasha Lukina

Sasha began her PhD in 2024 and works in the LIGO Lab with Professor Matthew Evans. She is interested in instrumentation research aimed at improving LIGO’s sensitivity and developing next-generation gravitational-wave detectors. Sasha is originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, and received her BS in Physics and Mathematics from the University of South Dakota.
