2024 SMURF

SMURF for 2024 is scheduled for the morning of Friday, August 16th, with presentations ending at noon followed by a catered lunch.

Similar to past years, the 2024 SMURF will be a hybrid event, where students have the option to present either in-person or remotely via Zoom.

Types of presentations:

1. Talks (10 min = 8 min presentation + 2 min questions)
2. Poster pitches (2 min presentation using 1 slide)

Please choose the type of presentation at the time of registration. We will try to accommodate your request and take account of time zones, as far as possible, for remote presentations.

You do NOT need to register for viewing the event on Zoom. Zoom meeting information and the SMURF program will be shared shortly before the event.
